Standard items ship within 3-5 business days. However, custom-made saddles and personalized bridles are handcrafted to order in our European workshops and typically require 8-12 weeks for delivery.

To maintain the longevity of your equipment, we recommend using Stübben Hamanol dressing. Clean your leather with a damp cloth after use and apply conditioner regularly to keep the leather supple and water-resistant.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty on the Stübben spring tree and a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all other leather components and accessories.
What is your return policy for equestrian gear?
Unused, standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built saddles and personalized items are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
