At Stübben, we are committed to the perfect fit for both horse and rider. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and leather goods are protected to prevent scratching during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
